last nights dinner

Easy peasy weeknight supper. This is my go to on busy weeknights when Jessica has Girlscouts or Isaiah has soccer, etc.



1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 box favorite pasta noodles (uncooked)
any veggies you like( or you can omit) my family likes olives/artichokes/green pepper
mozzerella cheese

Add the pasta & jar of spaghetti sauce to your skillet. Fill the now empty jar of pasta sauce with water and add that to your skillet. Add any veggies of your choice and bring to a boil. Turn it down to medium/low and cook for 25-35 minutes covered. Uncover and add mozzerella cheese and replace cover until melted. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
